JOB SUMMARY
Perform a variety of general bookkeeping, record keeping and administrative duties.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/TYPICAL TASKS
The minimum performance expectations include, but are not limited to, the following functions/tasks:

  •  Keeps an accurate record of all receipts;
  •  Works with 3rd party payroll vendor to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing;
  •  Maintains files for all purchases that require quotes;
  •  Collects and prepares expenditure data at the end of each month for records and reports;
  •  Maintains records and generates appropriate reports;
  •  Assists with the establishment of computer data involving the foregoing procedures and maintains the same;
  •  Prepares requisitions for funds as required by management;
  •  Performs related tasks as assigned by management in accordance with the school/policies and practices.


KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
Thorough knowledge of business English, Spelling and Math; ability to maintain accurate records on a variety of school accounts; ability to meet the public effectively; proficient in Microsoft Excel; ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with others; ability to follow oral and written instructions.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Candidate must possess a bachelor’s degree in accounting and 3-5 years work experience.

Salary Range: $50,000 - $65,000
